Pia Tafdrup (DNK)

Pia Tafdrup (1952, DNK) is one of Scandinavia’s most prominent poets. With nuance and precision, she addresses big themes such as war, death, hate and love. Yet her poetry remains light-footed, always leaving space for unabashed, sweeping romanticism. Who could possibly say no to that? During the festival we will also take time to delve deeper into her life story and what it takes to grow into a poet of such stature.
