Emily Andersen (GBR)

Emily Andersen (GBR) is a London-based artist and a graduate of the Royal College of Art. She works with both still and moving image. Her practice explores how identities are constructed through representation, with particular attention to the performative exchange between sitter and photographer. Rather than treating photography as an instantaneous capture, she emphasizes duration, research, and material production, positioning the photograph as a site of encounter and negotiation.
