In this festive edition of Woorden Worden Zinnen, the many interpretations of the festival theme Word on the Street come together seamlessly. International poets such as Lynthia Julius share the stage with local talents like Oumaima Yahiaoui, the newly appointed youth Poet Laureate of Rotterdam.
Within the cozy, home-like microcosm of Woorden Worden Zinnen, not only visitors but also artists feel at ease. Performers dare to share raw and personal texts, express themselves freely in their performances, and premiere new work for the audience. Ivan Winter provides the musical backdrop, while host Tyler Koudijzer brings everything together.
