How does public space reveal its own poetry to us? And how does it bring new dynamism to a static environment?
In this workshop, you look at the space around you from an architectural, urban, and poetic perspective. You explore places in a different way, discover what poetry emerges there, and learn how to place poetry back into that same space.
Using the various writing methods we will apply, you create short poetic texts in response to prompts about space. These texts then come together in a collective poetry installation that shows how we can experience public space differently.
The workshop is led by the writers and architects behind Poetics of Place: Klaske Havik, Angeliki Sioli, Jeremy Allan Hawkins, and Vincent Cellucci.
